Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan never expires. You get a fully working inbox — live chat, email, team management — with no time limit. The only restriction is AI: you get 100 AI-generated replies per month. Once those are used, agents reply manually until the next billing cycle resets the count.
What is the 14-day free trial?
When you sign up, you start on the free plan immediately — no credit card required. The 14-day window is your window to try everything and decide if you want to upgrade. After 14 days, your account stays active on the free plan indefinitely.
Why do integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) require a paid plan?
Integrations are only useful when AI is actively looking up live data to answer customer questions. On the free plan, AI stops after 100 messages, so connecting a store would provide no benefit. All integrations unlock on the Starter plan.
What counts as an "AI message"?
Each time Kriseena's AI generates a reply — whether it's sent automatically or saved as a draft for your agent to approve — that counts as one AI message. Replies written manually by your agents do not count.
Can I use Jira on the Starter plan?
No. Jira escalation (AI drafts the ticket, agent approves) is a Pro feature. Starter gets all other integrations. Pro is $119/mo.
Is "Powered by Kriseena" removed on paid plans?
No — the badge stays on all standard plans. It is only removed on our Whitelabel plan ($299 setup + $99/mo), which also lets you use a custom domain, custom AI name, and custom widget colours.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
